    re Claire’s coffeecake
    Hello, I’ve not eaten at Claire’s but have had my share of Lithuanian food. Try adding some minced prunes into the raisin filling, adding them as you plump the raisins. Another flavor that shows up often is Caraway. Try pulverizing just a couple seeds in a mortar and pestle, the flavor should be quite subtle
